Used Kilns and Equipment for Sale
This page is used for listing used pottery equipment for sale. I sometimes rebuild electric kilns and will list them here. I only select the best used equipment to refurbish. I try and recycle the rest. Please contact me if you have pottery equipment that needs a little TLC. I have worked on most major brands and models of electric kilns as well as slab-rollers, and a few potter's wheels.
West Coast Updraft Kiln
This is a West Coast Kiln Co. kiln. It is quite old, but never fired. It has a long story of travels across the country and several owners. I now own this kiln and would like it to go to a good home and finally he hooked up and fired. It is about 36 cubic feet inside and had 12 venturi burners in the floor. I do not have any burners for the kiln, but I do have about a dozen kiln shelves for this as well as some cut hard brick for furniture. I have plans to alter its design to a down-draft style kiln with side mounted burners and a brick chimney. Since I have 2 perfectly good kilns I am already using, this kiln project is not exactly a priority for me. I am asking $3000 as it is and un-altered. I am a factory authorized reseller for L&L Kilns and I have been factory trained in both service and installation of electric kilns and vent systems. While I can get you a great kiln at a good price, I can also install, service and train you to use it as well. Having 20 years of pottery experience also gives me the ability to help you decide what your needs are and which equipment is best suited for your needs.
